We were made for community. We girls need each other.
I’ve developed a program in which we can do life together while still keeping our eyes on our own paper. This isn’t about competing or comparing. It’s about encouraging each other while learning how to appreciate our unique needs.
What is the Fit and Free Lifestyle Community?
It’s a group of like-minded women looking to develop a lasting fit life by building on a foundation of faith. We will specifically address water intake, daily nutrition, regular exercise, and daily devotional time.
What can I expect?
- Daily check ins
- Weekly video message
- Tips and tools that will include recipe and meal ideas as well as workouts and specific exercise moves
- The group will have goals but you will be able to make them fit your unique fitness and lifestyle needs
- Devotional prompts
- Email Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Full access to me as coach and counselor
How is it delivered?
This will take place in a private Facebook group where I will post daily. Additionally you will be able to contact me via private Facebook message or email with specific questions or needs.
Each group has a new theme while checking in daily on our 4 key areas: Faith, Food, Exercise, Water.
