Taste Then Toss: How to Have Your Cake, Just Not All of It

Taste then Toss?   Seriously?  Throw away perfectly good food?  Maybe.  Possibly.  If you can, freeze it!  Or share it.  But if not, toss it!

One thing you will never hear me tell you is that any food or food group is off limits.  (unless, of course, you have a medical reason)  My approach to health and fitness is that you have to like what you eat and how you move or you’ll never be successful.  But that also doesn’t mean to sit on the couch and eat bon bons.

Mindfulness: No More “Why Did I Just…” Moments

Please tell me I’m not the only person who has eaten half bag of trail mix or half dozen (or more!) mini Reese’s cups and then stop and say “Why did I just do that???”  Can anybody relate??  It’s like I lose my mind for a minute only to realize (too late!) that I just made a poor choice!
