It’s time to start shopping! Check out my 2017 Holiday Gift Guide for the special people in your life.
Christmas time is the best! I love the lights and decorations. And it’s so fun to come up with unique gifts for the ones I love. Sometimes the best gifts are things you love yourself. If you have found something that you can’t live without or is one of your favorite things, chances are someone else will find the same to be true for them.
So I’m sharing some of my favorite things and gifts that I think others would enjoy as well. If you are tired of choosing a gift card for everyone then check out my list and see if anyone comes to mind that just might enjoy it too.

When you hear or see the word athlete, what comes to mind? Do you think of the pros? Do you think of high school and college kids?
Simply put, an athlete is a participant in a sport, exercise, or game requiring physical skill.
If you would’ve known me growing up, athlete would not have been a word you used to describe me. In fact, my high school yearbook would not have said anything like “mostly likely to become an athlete”.

Ever experience a setback? Have you felt like you’re moving in the right direction only to experience a bump in the road?
What if that becomes an opportunity?
Back in February 2016, before my nagging knee injury that turned out to be arthritis, I was sidelined from my running routine. A freakish pain happened in my big toe during a Saturday training run that forced me to walk the last mile of the run and led to a couple of weeks on the sidelines, walking and riding my trainer.
